- February 14 - The Celebration of Saint Trifun - the protector of the viticulture
In Kladovo . Saint Trifun lived in the Roman Empire and handled medicine and vine and wine. It is said that he has cured Gordian the 3rd, but he didn't receive the gifts sent by the emperor, he gave them to the poor. The Orthodox Christians celebrate him on February 14, after the old calendar or on 1st of February, after the new calendar. Also known as “The day of wine-growers”. This day the wine-growers go to the vineyards, cut them and then douse them with wine, to restore their power and to enrich the ground.

In Kladovo - The communal contest of reciters. The cultural center Kladovo organizes this contest every year. The competitors are students of general schools and high schools. The best reciters, classified in three groups of age represent the Kladovo commune at the County contest and so on.
- March 30 - The second festival of popular vlach folk songs
In Kladovo - The first festival of popular vlach songs became a traditional demonstration and, so it was predicted the organization of the second one, when the popular traditional instrumental music will be promoted. The vocalists and the music bands will interpret the music and the vlach songs from this countryside, wishing to preserve this way musical vlach culture.
